People & Organizational Development (POD)
Responsible for training and learning activities (TNA, module development, etc), HR development activities like organizational structure and job description, and support employee / company event.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent and relevat major in reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
Having at least 1 years experience in Organization Development area.
Proactive and communicative, self-driven, detail, good in administration and negotiation skills, able to work cooperatively and work under pressure.
